GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
In these terms we have used "Purchaser" for you the customer visiting this website and "product" or "stock" to describe the YoGoBolster as displayed on this website.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
No sale has been made until the Purchaser makes the full payment to the value of product ordered.
No product will be dispatched until YoGoGear has received the Purchaser's payment in full.
Following receipt of the Purchaser's payment in full, the product will be immediately dispatched and the Purchaser will be sent via email the following confirmation;

Time of dispatch
Method of delivery
Tracking number (if relevant)
The method of the payment (internet banking, cheque or credit card) will often determine the timing of your purchased product being dispatched. Depending on your location it may be 10 days for delivery after the payment has been received, and a further 7 days if the funds require clearance.
Should the stock required to meet your order be unavailable YoGoGear shall contact you immediately with the following options:
Accept an alternative offer (e.g. colour)
Wait until your ordered stock is available (time delay will be advised )
Accept a full refund (If within 21 days)
The prices payable for the product you order are those displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) on this website on the date you place your order, but excluding delivery charges. Delivery charges will be indicated on either the shopping cart web page or emailed invoice (depending on your method of ordering) and be billed at the rates on the date you place your order. Currency exchange rates for invoice billing will be set at the day of ordering. YoGoGear reserves the right to modify its prices and delivery charges at any time in case of writing, printing or currency rate errors.
The Purchaser agrees and acknowledges that in no event will YoGoGear be liable for any property damage, personal injury, cost of expense, consequential or contingent loss or damage incurred by the Purchaser or a third party from using the purchased YoGoGear product.
Non New Zealand residents
The Purchaser residing outside of New Zealand agrees and acknowledges that in no event will YoGoGear be liable for any delays or costs from import customs clearance and/or payment of import customs duties and taxes and/or other costs and risks at the Purchaser's end.
The Purchaser will assume any import customs clearance and payment of customs duties and taxes.
When ordering product for international delivery to countries other than those where YoGogear originates its shipments, you are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the product.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
